TooMuchNice is a large romantic villa set in a peaceful location overlooking Cades Bay with panoramic views of the ocean, St. Kitts, and Nevis Peak and offers complete privacy. It is the most popular rental property on Nevis due to its facilities, location and competitive rental rates.
Accommodation is on 2 levels: The upper floor comprises a well equipped kitchen and vaulted sitting room with shutters that open fully to allow the breeze to flow through. A huge glass sliding door opens onto a spacious deck with a large swimming pool. There is plenty of brand new outdoor furniture for everyone to relax (or 'lime' as the Nevisians say) either by the pool or in the shade of our deep porches.
The sitting room leads to the master bedroom furnished in an Indonesian style with a king sized four poster bed. Adjoining is a large ensuite bathroom with a spa bath tub as well as a walk in shower. The top floor is ideal for a couple and is like a huge self contained apartment.

The lower floor comprises 2 further bedrooms with king size beds and with shutters which open onto ocean views and covered porches. There is also an additional bathroom. All Bedrooms have air conditioning and the property has Wi-Fi.
TooMuchNice offers the perfect setting to totally relax and is also well located to enjoy the island. The closest beach is just 3 minutes walk away and others no more than 5-10 minutes by car including Oualie Beach (ideal for children) and Pinney's Beach near the Four Seasons Hotel with its 2 miles stretch of sand.
A wide range of restaurants from upscale plantation hotels (Nisbet, Montpellier, Golden Rock) to beach bars are all within easy reach. The closest, Gallipot, with excellent seafood is 2 minutes away. Watersports including windsurfing, scuba diving and deep sea fishing are nearby at Oualie Beach and the facilities of the Four Seasons resort with world class golf, tennis and spa, just a short drive. No where is too far on Nevis!
